Indecision leads to a double whammy...

I think we found reading The Trial a bit of a trial. Repeated snow also meant it was a small group but that didn't stop us chatting till they kicked us out of the pub.

It's 4 weeks till the next meet up, and we couldn't decide between 2 books, so we decided to choose both. They are both relatively short quick reads. Feel free to read either or both (or indeed something else entirely). So the TWO books for next time are:

The Road - Cormac McCarthy
Times Arrow - Martin Amis

And the runners up were:
The Brides Farewell - Meg Rosoff
Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close - Jonathan Safran Foer
Runaway - Alice Munro
The Easter Parade - Richard Yates

Next meeting is Tuesday 9th Feb in the Bread and Roses Pub, nr Clapham North Tube
